"BITCH! Maybe if you would eat something you wouldn't say such stupid shit!" Then again I doubt it...As far as Tweety giving her a platform to spew that garbage from, "You sir are a ratings whore!" His excuse for having that hateful vile Gollum looking creature on his show..."She sells books!" Not as many as one may think though! A lot of the sponsors, conservative think tanks (NOT) and corporations buy books in bulk and that is what boost's her book sales and make it seem she sells more books than she actually does...I could probably get a copy of her book for little of nothing...Somewhere they were giving her book away with a website subscription for $4.99 or something like that...So don't buy into all of that "She sells books" bullshit they are peddling...You can see on Amazon or one of those online booksellers the amount of books that were brought in bulk...However, the fact that she sells any books at all is not a testimonial to her more so than the people buying the book and then buying into the dribble that is inside that book...Stupid high school sophomoric kids stuff...Talking about how fat someone is or who they wished would get killed is so 3rd grade...Sorry sophomores! She is the spokes person for the GOP and whenever she starts her verbal diarrhea something serious is going on within the country and now we see what's going on! Court limits schools on race, stops execution

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Thursday rejected school assignment plans that take account of students' race in two major public school districts. The decisions could imperil similar plans nationwide. The Court also blocked the execution of a Texas killer whose lawyers argued that he should not be put to death because he is mentally ill.

Today is probably the Court's last session until October.

The school rulings in cases affecting schools in Louisville, Ky., and Seattle leave public school systems with a limited arsenal to maintain racial diversity.

The court split, 5-4, with Chief Justice John Roberts announcing the court's judgment. Justice Stephen Breyer wrote a dissent that was joined by the court's other three liberals.

Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote a concurring opinion in which he said race may be a component of school district plans designed to achieve diversity.

He agreed with Roberts that the plans in Louisville and Seattle went too far. He said, however, that to the extent that Roberts' opinion could be interpreted as foreclosing the use of race in any circumstance, "I disagree with that reasoning."

The two school systems in Thursday's decisions employ slightly different methods of taking students' race into account when determining which school they would attend. MORE!

We are not social engineers. The United States Constitution dictates that local governments cannot make decisions on the basis of race. Consequently, regardless of the perceived negative effects of racial imbalance, I will not defer to legislative majorities where the Constitution forbids it.... Justice Breyer's good intentions, which I do not doubt, have the shelf life of Justice Breyer's tenure. Unlike the dissenters, I am unwilling to delegate my constitutional responsibilities to local school boards and allow them to experiment with race-based decision making on the assumption that their intentions will forever remain as good as Justice Breyer's." That is the whole of the problem and the reason for affirmative action because people cannot and will not play fair and their intentions always have to be scrutinized...We have seen the the results of their intentions over and over and they are not good and will not be if there is no oversight!


I guess Ward Connerly is somewhere cheering this latest setback for Affirmative Action, black folks and humanity in general...No diversity means one view and that is what we have now and it's getting really really narrow...We have the conservative media, judges, courts, federal lawyers, a power grabbing executive, Cheney's recent bullshit and his revelation that he is not exactly of executive branch of the government as much as the Legislative, so as to not be subjected to rules of keeping and disclosing information on his "vice presidential duties" except in matters where he needs protection like the Secret Energy Task Force Meetings with Big Oil or how HE got a man HE shot in the face to apologize to HIM! The Dark Side Of the Force is still indeed strong! Four days before the 2004 election, the Justice Department’s civil rights chief sent an unusual letter to a federal judge in Ohio who was weighing whether to let Republicans challenge the credentials of 23,000 mostly African-American voters.

The case was triggered by allegations that Republicans had sent a mass mailing to mostly Democratic-leaning minorities and used undeliverable letters to compile a list of voters potentially vulnerable to eligibility challenges.

In his letter to U.S. District Judge Susan Dlott of Cincinnati, Assistant Attorney General Alex Acosta argued that it would "undermine" the enforcement of state and federal election laws if citizens could not challenge voters’ credentials....

There is one more connection I would like to propose and that is the connection between all the voter fraud cases in Ohio to the recent firings at the DOJ...If you recall voter's rights and minimizing voter fraud cases has been the center piece of Rovians evil plan to divide and conquer the country! it happened in florida in 2k and Ohio in 2k4 and it was the black voters who were at the center of each voter purge and challenge...

In conclusion a murder in Ohio while gruesome and totally unnecessary plaes in comparison when you look at the history of Ohio and it's criminals...Not that Ohio has more than any other state but with all the troubles that state has had because of the Shrub administration they might want to rethink that red state status...

I don't know if you have been following the debate about stem cell research but if not The Decider decided to veto a stem cell research bill that would have eased federal restrictions on the money for funding of stem cell research...Now it is only for the use of embryonic stem cells and there are other stem cells that might be used to perform the same functions as the embryonic stem cells but more testing needs to be done...The significance between adult stem cells and the embryonic stem cells is the fact that embryonic stem cells can assume the form of any tissue in the body, whereas with adult and other forms of stem cells they are not so sure...Here is a little background on stem cell research from CNN Crooks & Liars:

That is more than enough information to get you up to speed on the actual debate about stem cells...I am going to try to get you up to speed on the hypocrisy of the whole debate...

The big point bush used is the bullshit line about "destroying life to make life is immoral" or some other such nonsense like he really gives a good shit about life...However killing for oil is alright! The same folks hollering about your killing a baby are the same ones advocating the death penalty...Bush was even executing white women in Texas...So now he wants to tell us about his sanctity for life...

Even more simple minded is the fact that if they are not used for potentially life altering cures, like fixing spine injuries, and organ harvesting (no more waiting on donor hearts and other organs) the stem cells end up getting thrown away and destroyed anyway! Now like I said before there are other promising things happening down the line with other stem cells (check out the video above)but it's just insane to me that they will not allow funding for the research on cells that are going to be destroyed anyway...Which is the whole argument, which is bogus at best...Another reason why we need to get back to separation of church and state again...When you have bogus ass religious beliefs being taught like intelligent design and *SMGDH* intelligent falling in school over scientific fact and theory...That is another example of how rethugs play the word game...A belief in a scientific theory is not the same as a belief in your God of Choice...A scientific fact is based on trail and error testing and concrete results...A belief in religion or some other form of deism is just that a belief with no basis in reality...REAL: A man throws a rock into the air it will fall back to the ground...BELIEF: The Bible is God's word...The religious right think that life begins at conception and ends at birth...They fight and march in the streets to stop abortion, but once they do and the children are born how many of them go out and adopt a kid or two that they fight so feverishly for as a zygote...The same crowd that will ride by the inner cities that they created and turn up their noses at the poor hungry black and Hispanic kids that they fought so valiantly to get them here...Then the people here in America that can help would rather spend the money in Africa or adopt a "Real African"...Sounds a little colonial to me! These same people that if all of a sudden a loved one of theirs gets a disease that might be cured by Stem Cell Research, then they become "champions of the cause"...There's that universal apathy again...As long as it does not affect me(you)personally we could give a "hot sam!"

President Bush's pending veto of stem cell research legislation comes at a time when public support for such research is at an all-time high. Most Americans long have backed stem cell research — 58 percent or more in ABC News/Washington Post polls since 2001. That's peaked, at 68 percent support, in the latest ABC/Post poll to measure views on the issue, in April. MORE!

Stupidity rules the day...The ribble, rabble 30%'ers are still calling all of the shots and the democrats just sit back and wait and wait. I guess like a lot of us are too, for them to just stop and start playing nice...Especially, without media support of any kind to keep them honest except the blogosphere! It's politics and party over country...The same bullshit that has been going on for the past 12 (twelve) years!

Now before I lose my place here, I have to remind myself that he vetoed federal funding but private funding is available...Now that does open up a few doors but private funding is big business which is the enemy! If the research was federally funded it could be regulated at research facilities like NIH and the results would be shared with the world a lot quicker...Private companies are going to want to charge a major premium so that only the rich and wealthy will be able to afford new organs or new treatments...Sort of like now just no waiting for organs and getting bumped by someone with more money than you! Not too mention big Pharma can still hawk their miracle cure pills, regulated by Bizarro World Bush appointees at the FDA that are allowing any drug to come to market no matter how bizarre the side effects are, and how bogus the testing is...The latest being a "fat" pill that you need to always bring a change of clothes and wear black or dark colored clothes not to make you look slimmer but in case you have an accident because one of the side effects is diarrhea and anal leakage...EWWWW!

I do know this...They GOP is through...Science is always going to win out over myths and lies...That should be plain to see..Through science we unlock the mysteries...Over time we have come to find out the Earth was NOT the center of the universe and NOT flat as once believed and that their was no such thing as spontaneous generation...Just like we left all that foolishness behind we need to add religion in it's current form to that list, but we have a man that wants to take us back to that era...the 12th century the dark ages once again...The disparity of the money spent on new ways to kill and destroy and the money spent on finding new ways to make life better for everyone is staggering! I mean for real what do you think Jesus would do?! I think he would want to "save" as many people as possible...

Bush finally got his "Liberator's Greeting"! The people in Albania were cheering and chanting his name...The people were really excited about his coming to their country...They were expressing love and support and loyalty...My first thought was, "What the hell is wrong with these people...They just don't know!" Then I thought about it deeper and watched the video again and was struck by a couple glaring irregularities...Where the hell was the secret service at? Like Jon Stewart mentioned the other night...We can't get close enough to ask him a question yet they are giving the man head bumps and nougies! Also while watching the news last night and this morning I kept hearing about the watch! What would have happened if someone in that crowd had a knife?!? Where the Hell was the Secret Service?!? Now that can only lead to one or two other conclusions...It was either staged or the real leaders are trying to get the man offed...Remember they let him act like an ass the last G8...Feeling up Merkel and just acting boorish...But you can generally hear the love and support for the American President over there in Albania...

Here's the real deal though...This is not about a watch and there was genuine love and support for the American President...It could have been virtually any American President...In reality Bush is getting Clinton's love...Clinton was the one who bombed that madman Milsovic into submission and freed Albania...I read somewhere yesterday from an Albanian blogger the real reason for the sickening display of affection for Bush...It was misplaced...I am going to included the whole post...

Unfortunately Kosova ended up in Yougosllavia's territory as a thanks from France and Britian to yougosllavia for being with them during WWI. Well, USA rectified that later in 99.

2. Kosova's war, where Milosevic, the same criminal man who caused 5 wars already, and a genocide in Bosnia (with the Sarajevo masacres), aimed to do the same. He wanted to get rid of Albanian Kosovars which were 90% of the population, and leaving in their historical lands. This pure ethnic killing and cleansing was stoped by USA (Clinton's Administration) in order to avoid yet another Bosnia.
So, this is some chearing up and big thank you from a tiny country to the few good deeds that USA has done (there is no oil in Kosova or Albania).
So, since then, we have provided some symbolic help to USA, hence we have a few hundreds of peace troops in Afganistan, Iraq, and now even in Lebanon...

It was the first time any American President has visited the nation so it was a big deal to the Albanians...However the fact that the Secret Service let the people get so close to bush is still a little disturbing...Not that I really give a shit a bout bush but that would have been tragic for the leader of the "Free World" to get shanked in the streets of Kosovo...WHERE THE HELL WAS THE SECRET SERVICE?!? They are a Muslim country! Am I the only one that caught that?! We as Americans cannot get that close to ask a question yet a bunch of Muslims was in touching distance...Check out the video...

I guess I have started to become a Deist...Yes I can see the existence of God in the beauty of the world and nature, but I believe also in the principle that God gave us everything we need to survive and make the right choices, which are all laid out for us...That is the free will part...God gave us all the tools ie: making us in his image, then setting us free to make our choices...The better choices you make the better your existence on this plane is...You better your chances in the way you deal with your brothers and sisters and before your spirit moves onto the next plane of existence you are judged on your deeds or misdeeds if you have done enough you move on, not enough you go back and try it again...You know that feeling that..."I have been here before?" Maybe you have!

I believe there is a little bit of truth in all the religions just too much man made up crap that negates most of the truth...Some men in Rome who at the time didn't really believe in Christianity rather Sol Invictus, decided which books in the Bible were God's word not all of the scrolls and texts that they found...The Pope decided what was God's word or not! Google Council of Nicea...All mans crap! Dogma what you have to believe on blind faith and building a religion..."Don't Think Just Believe!" That is the mindset you have to be in to go to the Creation Fun Park in Kentucky...They actually said that too...I was thinking maybe if I am in Kentucky I would stop by but I know they would throw my ass out because I would be walking through there saying, "This is bullshit!" Especially after seeing the snow white adam and eve as you first enter...Plus for the price of admission I can get me a bag of weed and some munchies, turn on Nick catch the Flintstones and have about the same amount of fun anyway! Let me recall my biology lessons...I cannot remember any formula that shown that two white folks could spawn the many and diverse cultures and colors of peoples around the world...But I didn't pay a lot of attention in biology...Not too mention that the way Christianist's view science and technology it wouldn't matter anyway...

What you want to believe is what you want to believe...Just don't try to legislate it to me, or teach it to my nephews...Or make some lame ass claims that a political party has more of this or more of that...This is where it definitely doesn't belong...Do we really have to talk about the morals of a political party...This is not even a true belief in the crap they are spewing about religion and how YOU should live anyway! This is also where the lines get blurred...God didn't say anything! Some man said God said this! Not a belief in God but what some man said about God in a book...A-MEN! It is an age old command and conquer scenario...Two madmen sitting in palaces decides my God is better than your God then sends someone else's son's and daughters off to die for their arrogance...

And it continues to this day...Conservatives where ever they are, I would venture to say that they are much more Godless to even equate the war on terror (snark) that they created, the clusterfuck called Iraqnam and the way it has been handled as something moral and just in the eyes of any God! PICK ONE! Religion is a tool to use for conservatives as it has been throughout the centuries, to control, enslave and offer your piece of heaven on earth after you die! That's more of the control thing! Funny thing to me is just like back in the day when the jews didn't believe he was the Messiah talking about peace and love, that most Christians today would probably not believe it's him either talking about peace and love...Especially the people who have distorted the message to suit their purpose, coincidentally the people in charge!

Church is nothing more than big business with a tax exempt card...A church I read about or heard about is trying to get a liquor license! Why not!?! Most of the church members be out in the club all week they can open them a spot and get that money for the Lord...As they leaving Sunday morning they can tell the people, "See ya in church in a couple of hours!" There has also got to be something illegal about a church claiming tax exempt status selling alcohol for God and profits? I can see the ushers now bringing folks drinks!

I guess God is the hateful bomb everyone brown who don't think like us, fire and brimstone, your going to hell and sin sin sin and gay's are bad and evil and hating them is good and they know what God wants because only THEY know what God wants even though they say He works in mysterious ways...He made the earth not 6 billion years but a few thousand days ago, that is what the creationist sold and like a snowball down a hill it continues to roll while it continues to control your archaic way of thinking that you already know, when it constantly unfolds, revealing new truths that need to replace the myths of old mental controls...The constant battle to steal my soul...

Yesterday, unfortunately I caught Timmeh and Chitlin Powell on Meet the Press...Before I totally bash the man I have to admit I really had a lot of respect and admiration for him...Until that day at the UN...His recent revelations about closing Gitmo and restoring Habeas Corpus by repealing that awful "Military Commissions Act" are nothing more than rehashed talking points...This man could have at least refused to go along with the lies, at best maybe stopped this mess from starting in Iraqnam...He is as guilty as Bush, Cheney and the other Neo-Clowns that have created the total Clusterfuck Iraqnam has been and will continue to be in the future...A fifty year plan if the clowns get their way..."The Korean Model"!

I have been waiting for a minute or two now for Colon to come out and say, "Look back in '03 I drank some of the kool-aide and I was down wit Team Evil...That act in February with the PowerPoint Presentations at the UN was all a bunch of bullshit"! "Sorry I was such a rat bastard but I had to do what I had to do at the time...Money Talks Bullshit Walks! You also might want to look closer at the events of 911!" Another thing that bugged me about the whole interview also was the fact that Powell said that Barack has been seeking out his advice...Gotta watch Barack a little harder now...Maybe he is trying to learn some cover-up or lying techniques from the good general?! Or is the General going to vote Dem now...He did hint that he will be voting for the best candidate...Does anyone really care who Colon votes for?!?

This is not the first time that this has come up...The timing of terror plots and significant events in the news...Keith Olbermann took a look back in August of 2005 and has recently updated his time line...It seems that every time there is a real significant news story, normally that coincides with one of this Administrations f*ck ups, dirty deals or outright lies and bullshit...In comes some really insignificant news story aka "Blond Girl Of the Week Story!" The latest being Paris Hilton sentenced to prison...However, that is not getting the traction the Shrub needs so he has to pump up his trump card...TERROR! He is becoming the President who cried wolf or was that Wolfowitz?! NONE of the threats have been real...Always in the planning stages, never finding any real weapons or bomb materials, just plans and snippets of conversations from ex-employees (Sears Tower, JFK Airport)...Come on now...Take the Fort Dix incident for example...10 dudes acting like pizza delivery drivers was going to take on a fully locked and loaded military base?!? Well that is what they gleaned from the available evidence...From The Smoking Gun:

If the Shrub wasn't so pressed for any good news at all in his imaginary War on Terror or the Clusterfuck known as Iraqnam, he might be able to thwart an actual plot...They are really reaching...This latest thwarted plot coming on the heels of the Democratic debate and pushing the NSA Scandal, The Attorney Scandal, Plame, etc right out of the public eye...I don't think CBS or ABC reported anything at all about how Gonzo and Card was pressing a sick Aschroft to sign off on their illegal domestic wiretapping program...

I can see how some people can become hooked on pain pills...As I have been recovering for the last couple of weeks from a recent surgery...See Story Here! The first little hint of pain has you reaching for the Percocet...Oxycodone if you have an HMO like Kaiser...325mg of Tylenol and 5mg of actual "get high"...Not that I would get high off Percocet unless I was in serious pain like I was before the operation and immediately after...All I wanted to do is take a couple of pills and try to sleep the pain away...Now I must admit the real pain I was in prior to the operation is essentially gone and by the time I left the hospital and I was dealing with trying not to laugh too much or cough...The coughing really hurt the sutures But I made it through the first week without too much pain and a lot of Percocet...I would wake up feeling beat up a little not realizing I was stretching in my sleep which pulled at the sutures...I would wake up in the middle of the night with some vicious "charlie horses"...I would immediately grab for the Percs...I had to stop myself...Some mornings when I wake up I wanna take a couple of percs and go back to sleep but that is just setting myself up for addiction...They are not sleeping pills although I can make the case that they make me sleep because they stop the pain long enough but that is bullshit and "once and addict always and addict" so I am very careful of that...Plus that is all I need on top of everything else I am labeled as..."Pssst, you heard? D doing oxy like Skittles!"

However, maybe I can get a job on radio talking about politics?! I can be the black counterpart to Rush Limpballs! Anyone can be a self righteous dope fiend bigot...See them all the time in Baltimore City...Well actually the dope fiends are unified in they "dopefiendedness" in Baltimore...Kinda like Team Evil in DC...Their scruples are about the same too!

I could talk about how "We The People!" and Empowering the people but they would ignore my message and try to find out who I am sleeping with...Unified in their defense of their "lifestyle", but I better not defend mine! Oh wait I tried that and I came out with the shitty end of the deal...Bitter?! Yeah I could be and I keep it close to the surface just in case, but that is what this blog is for here on Yahoo...Personal Psychoanalysis...So I don't catch a case...It doesn't cost me $100 bucks an hour also!

I guess some folks really do enjoy pain...Not talking about them S&M folks either...I guess you can call me one of them that like the pain...Not physical pain, but that mental anguish...I would think most "Dreamers" suffer through this...They can see so clearly what everyone refuses to see and thinking about the reasons why causes the pain...You can't take a Percocet for this kind of pain...I guess I could smoke an extra blunt a day...Sort of like taking anti-depressants but who got money like that?! So I just come and commiserate with you 360...I read through a couple of different blogs and think to myself, like I do when I am watching Jerry Springer or Maury, "I am so glad my life ain't as fucked up as theirs!"
