"It's just A Ride!"

I was watching a film called Zeitgeist (again for the 20 or 30th time I've lost count) and they used a sound clip from a Bill Hicks comedy special and the clip is very, very poignant and deep and it made a lot of sense to me at the time. I have been meaning to post this for a minute so...I will share that little bit of knowledge from Bill first, run the video later or tomorrow...

The world is like a ride in an amusement park. And when you choose to go on it, you think it's real because that's how powerful our minds are. And the ride goes up and down and round and round. It has thrills and chills and it's very brightly colored and it's very loud and it's fun, for a while. Some people have been on the ride for a long time and they begin to question, is this real, or is this just a ride? And other people have remembered, and they come back to us, they say, "hey - don't worry, don't be afraid, ever, because, this is just a ride..." And we... kill those people. "Shut him up." "We have a lot invested in this ride. Shut him up. Look at my furrows of worry. Look at my big bank account and my family. This just has to be real."

Just a ride. But we always kill those good guys who try and tell us that, you ever notice that? And let the demons run amok. But it doesn't matter because: It's just a ride. And we can change it anytime we want. It's only a choice. No effort, no work, no job, no savings and money. A choice, right now, between fear and love. The eyes of fear want you to put bigger locks on your doors, buy guns, close yourself off. The eyes of love, instead, see all of us as one. Here's what we can do to change the world, right now, to a better ride. Take all that money that we spend on weapons and defenses each year and instead spend it feeding and clothing and educating the poor of the world, which it would many times over, not one human being excluded, and we could explore space, together, both inner and outer, forever, in peace.

As it stands right now we are coming close to spending a half trillion dollars on death and destruction, money that will never ever be used to rebuild our infrastructure that is rotting and falling apart (think bridge in Minneapolis), on schools and education or anything at all to do with life and living but billions on death and destruction.

I've noticed what Bill is referring too, guys like John Lennon, the Martin's and Malcolm's, the Robert's and John's all have tried to tell us that we can change the ride anytime we desire and we ignore them, mock them, make fun of them, try to bribe them off or scare them off and if and when all that fails they simply kill them off. The reason's why are simple enough, but trying to explain them and offer a better solution is the hard part especially when you have all these forces working against you. The most ironic part of it all is it is always someone that has a vested interest in changing the ride that works the hardest to stop the ride from changing due to either being fooled into thinking the ride is real or someone who has a vested interest in you believing the ride is real. Like our current government for example. They have a vested interest in you believing that war is peace and black is white and death and destruction is how it should be. It's just a dream and we can wake up anytime we want, but we can't and those that try to wake us up get gobbled up by the Machine. The Military Industrial Complex aka the Machine, Religion aka the Machine, Secret Societies aka the Machine, War aka the Machine, the Machine aka the Matrix aka the Big Ride. We have got to change this ride...

I always wondered why they would kill Kennedy when I was younger and I read a lot of stuff, but it never really dawned on me until I finally heard JFK's "President & The Press" speech...

"The very word "secrecy" is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it. And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. That I do not intend to permit to the extent that it is in my control. And no official of my Administration, whether his rank is high or low, civilian or military, should interpret my words here tonight as an excuse to censor the news, to stifle dissent, to cover up our mistakes or to withhold from the press and the public the facts they deserve to know."

He goes on to say this...

For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence--on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.

Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed. It conducts the Cold War, in short, with a war-time discipline no democracy would ever hope or wish to match.

Kennedy started shining lights in those dark corners that the real rulers of the world were hiding and they couldn't have that. They couldn't have him dissolving the Federal Reserve and messing up all the money they were making. He was a good man and they could not drag him down in the crud with them so they killed him, then killed his brother and I'm almost certain they killed his son as a final kick in the nutz!

The threat that Kennedy spoke of back in 1961 is exactly what we are seeing in America today. Kennedy knew that the same men that ran the Federal Reserve was also running the "one party press". He knew that the press knew of these secret societies and their plans and not that he was some kind of super president or anything because there has always been madmen trying to rule the world and have made no secrets about it, but when the press, media in this day and age, are also working with the "shadow leaders" and concealing information, misquoting stories, cheer leading for a particular political party or just ignoring the stories altogether to bring us "the latest blond girl of the week saga", it makes it extra harder for the masses to see that it's all just a ride and that everything THEY ever told us is a lie and/or based in lies and deceptions to further their agenda NOT YOURS, OURS or the Peoples.

We have spent a half TRILLION dollars in Iraqnam and Afghanistan, money that could have ended world poverty by 2015. According to World Bank estimates, $54 billion a year would eliminate starvation and malnutrition globally by 2015, while $30 billion would provide a year of primary education for every child on earth. Have you ever wondered why war is more of a priority than ending world hunger ? Why death and destruction and not life and liberty?
