"Dusty Digital Music Video Premiere - 'Bin Laden'!"

I finally got this slide show/video I was working on finally loaded...i tried to use the Blogger video embed but that didn't work...Maybe it's too long, it does clock in at 34+ mgs...Anyway, I guess you guy's heard about the twin bombshells the ex ceo of qwest communications dropped on the senate judiciary committee...Noooo?!? From The Muckraker:

Conyers: Tell Us More

Joseph Nacchio, the former CEO of Qwest Communications, delivered a pair of twin bombshells last week, when he asserted in a court filing that the National Security Agency had approached Qwest six months before 9/11 about participating in a legally dubious program, and that after the company declined, the administration yanked hundreds of millions in government contracts. MORE!

Now the issue I am having is the fact that if the Patriot Act bullshit was supposedly mocked up after the events of Sept 11th, the day that supposedly changed the world, then why were they already pressing the telecoms 6 months BEFORE Sept 11th for phone records? You really think the BCS didn't use the Hitler playbook and do a Reichstag?!

They needed that "false flag" mission on 911 to get the "patriot act" unpatriotic bullshit passed! I broke that down in my last poem...The PNAC agreement that the neo-clowns wrote up explains the need for a "new pearl harbor" to rally the people so that they could start multiple wars in the Middle East! Pearl Harbor was not just some random act of violence committed by the Japanese...Roosevelt and America had plenty of warning, Roosevelt who's family was in the banking business actually provoked the Japanese into bombing Pearl Harbor so that America could enter the war and his family could get richer...The war in Iraqnam as it was in Vietnam is not meant to be won or lost just sustained...Why? Billions and billions of dollars and the loss of our civil liberties...Someone knew something was going to happen on that day! Too many coincidences to be just random...Not too mention the Laws of Physics cannot be broken not even by God himself because he put them in effect!

However, this is about my video more than anything else so without further rambling from me here is "Bin Laden - The Video!" A Ho'Made Productions Premiere...

The other playa's on the track are Mos Def, Jadakiss & Eminem...Here are the lyrics so that you can sing along..

[Mos Def - talking]

Man, you hear this bullshit they be talkin'
Every day, man
It's like these motherfuckers is just like professional liars
You know what I'msayin? It's wild
Listen

[Hook - Mos Def]

Bin Laden didn't blow up the projects
It was you, nigga
Tell the truth, nigga
(Bush knocked down the towers)--[Jadakiss]
Tell the truth, nigga
(Bush knocked down the towers)--[Jadakiss]
Tell the truth, nigga

Bin Laden didn't blow up the projects
It was you, nigga
Tell the truth, nigga
(Bush knocked down the towers)--[Jadakiss]
Tell the truth, nigga
(Bush knocked down the towers)--[Jadakiss]

[Verse 1 - Immortal Technique]

I pledge no allegiance, nigga fuck the president's speeches I'm baptized by America and covered in leeches The dirty water that bleaches your soul and your facial features

Drownin' you in propaganda that they spit through the speakers And if you speak about the evil that the government does The Patriot Act'll track you to the type of your blood They try to frame you, and say you was tryna sell drugs And throw a federal indictment on niggaz to show you love

This shit is run by fake Christians, fake politicians Look at they mansions, then look at the conditions you live in All they talk about is terrorism on television They tell you to listen, but they don't really tell you they mission
They funded Al-Qaeda, and now they blame the Muslim religion Even though Bin Laden, was a CIA tactician They gave him billions of dollars, and they funded his purpose Fahrenheit 9/11, that's just scratchin' the surface

[Hook]

[Verse 2 - Immortal Technique]

They say the rebels in Iraq still fight for Saddam But that's bullshit, I'll show you why it's totally wrong Cuz if another country invaded the hood tonight It'd be warfare through Harlem, and Washington Heights I wouldn't be fightin' for Bush or White America's dream I'd be fightin' for my people's survival and self-esteem I wouldn't fight for racist churches from the south, my nigga

I'd be fightin' to keep the occupation out, my nigga You ever clock someone who talk shit, or look at you wrong? Imagine if they shot at you, and was rapin' your moms And of course Saddam Hussein had chemical weapons We sold him that shit, after Ronald Reagan's election Mercenary contractors fightin' a new era Corporate military bankin' off the war on terror They controllin' the ghetto, with the failed attack Tryna distract the fact that they engineerin' the crack So I'm strapped like Lee Malvo holdin' a sniper rifle

These bullets'll touch your kids, and I don't mean like Michael Your body be sent to the morgue, stripped down and recycled I fire on house niggaz that support you and like you Cuz innocent people get murdered in the struggle daily And poor people never get shit and struggle daily This ain't no alien conspiracy theory, this shit is real Written on the dollar underneath the Masonic seal

(I don't rap for dead presidents
I'd rather see the president dead
It's never been said but I set precedents)--[Eminem]

[Hook]

(Shady Records was 80 seconds away from the towers Some cowards fucked with the wrong building, they meant to hit ours)-- [Eminem]

"deaf dumb & mind!"

deaf dumb & mind
there is a new danger like the kind you never seen before, that shit in iraqnam is just practice for the real war, wait until they knock on your door, oops i forgot they don't even have to knock anymore...they just have to say your conspiring with the enemy and the enemy is anyone who happens to disagree, with the ministry of homeland security...the mind control is out of control they not only control your minds but your hearts and souls and the programmed myopia won't let you see the parts as a whole, tunnel vision, has us as blind as a mole or bats, yeah that's it, cause we sleeping in broad daylight while they get away with all kinds of shit...

3 buildings just crumble to the ground demolition style and in freefall, now that was the true definition of shock and awe...the patriot act, unpatriotic piece of crap, was already written and waiting for the fear to set in, then the true reign of terror began, perpetual war my friends the worlds bankers win again, were all working for them, nothing more than a slave again...war never decided who was right or wrong just who is left once the smoke is gone...those rich men never fight the wars they start, they get you to do that part, god bless your faithful heart...got you waving the flag of hypocrisy, talking about how bombs bring democracy...but this time the plantation is in your mind, it all starts with no child left behind, and they are making sure no child gets left behind, in the wake of all this religious insanity, that all started with christianity that has continued to hold back humanity...

ahhh but there i go rambling again talking about i can reason a god for i am him...see they made god in our image or was that he made us in his? then they tell us to get to heaven we have to go through his kid...but heaven and hell are states of mind, because heaven really isn't that hard to find...just a little right of center holding the hard line, telling us to believe in them and not our own mind, we close our eyes and then claim were blind...the truth has been right in front of us since the beginning of time, and we religiously charge the authority with the truth, instead of demanding from them the undeniable burden of proof, because faith is what's left after reason and common sense are gone so we put all our faith in the god with the biggest bombs and the killing goes on but a gay marriage is wrong, and living your life as you are is frowned upon...welcome to the new world order my friends where your life was never yours and never will be again...

"Self Actualization & You!"

SELF ACTUALIZATION
"Self Actualization is the intrinsic growth of what is already in the organism, or more accurately, of what the organism is."
Abraham Maslow

In my post yesterday I talked about wants and needs, it seems I had Maslow in the back of my mind but never really called him by name...When we talk about needs and wants from a human perspective we should always invoke Maslow's Self Actualization Theory...I actually touch upon a few of his basic principles but never fully explore them, so lets do that now...First a little about Maslow from Wikipedia:

Born in Brooklyn, New York, Maslow was the first of seven children of Jewish immigrants from Russia. As his parents were uneducated, they pushed him hard to succeed academically. At first, Abraham acceded to their wishes and enrolled in the City College of New York. However, after three semesters he transferred to Cornell, then back to CCNY. After he married his first cousin, Bertha Maslow, he moved to Wisconsin to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he received his B.A. (1930), his M.A. (1932), and his Ph.D. (1934) in psychology. While in Wisconsin, Maslow met and studied with Harry Harlow, who was known for his controversial experiments on rhesus monkeys and attachment behavior. A year after graduation, Maslow returned to New York to work with E. L. Thorndike at Columbia University|Columbia.

Maslow began teaching full time at Brooklyn College. During this time he met many leading European psychologists, including Alfred AdlerErich Fromm. In 1951, Maslow became the chairman of the psychology department at Brandeis University, where he began his theoretical work. There, he met Kurt Goldstein, who introduced him to the idea of self-actualization. Later, Maslow developed self-actualization into an area for research and application. In fact, Maslow dedicated "Toward a Psychology of Being"(1968) to Kurt Goldstein. and

He retired to California, where he died of a heart attack in 1970, aged 62, after years of ill health.

Maslow's primary contribution to psychology is his Hierarchy of Needs. Maslow postulated that needs are arranged in a hierarchy in terms of their potency. Although all needs are instinctive, some are more powerful than others. The lower the need is in the pyramid, the more powerful it is. The higher the need is in the pyramid, the weaker and more distinctly human it is. The lower, or basic, needs on the pyramid are similar to those possessed by non-human animals, but only humans possess the higher needs. MORE!

Maslow also had a very different approach to psychology in respects to the fact that he studied healthy people instead of sick people...Maslow once wrote, "the study of crippled, stunted, immature, and unhealthy specimens can yield only a cripple psychology and a cripple philosophy." Kind of like if your crazy your world view is going to be crazy...No exactly like that...

Maslow identified four basic or innate needs and they are: physiological, safety/security, love/belongingness, and self-esteem...These needs have to be met if they are not met, physiological needs can control thoughts and behaviours, and can cause people to feel sickness, pain, and discomfort. The lower the need is in the pyramid the more vital it is (see illustration)...

http://judah.webanalyticsdemystified.com/wp-content/maslow.jpg

Here is my problem...Does the next level automatically become a need or is it a want because the basic needs have been met? We can live without the other 4 levels of the pyramid, but what happens is the person is out of tune...For example we can go without sex but there will definitely be some kind of other issues to arise in some other area of your life because that basic physiological need for sex is not met...Try to stop breathing see what happens...It goes without saying if we do not have food and water for any extended periods we are at risk of damaging our bodies beyond repair...Which reminds me I haven't had any water in two days...BRB! Ahhhh refreshing! We can see where the need to belong has been hijacked by religion...

There are 10 basic principles that Maslow worked from:

Maslow's Basic Principles:

1. The normal personality is characterized by unity, integration, consistency, and coherence. Organization is the natural state, and disorganization is pathological.

2. The organism can be analyzed by differentiating its parts, but no part can be studied in isolation. The whole functions according to laws that cannot be found in the parts.

3. The organism has one sovereign drive, that of self-actualization. People strive continuously to realize their inherent potential by whatever avenues are open to them.

4. The influence of the external environment on normal development is minimal. The organism's potential, if allowed to unfold by an appropriate environment, will produce a healthy, integrated personality.

5. The comprehensive study of one person is more useful than the extensive investigation, in many people, of an isolated psychological function.

6. The salvation of the human being is not to be found in either behaviorism or in psychoanalysis, (which deals with only the darker, meaner half of the individual). We must deal with the questions of value, individuality, consciousness, purpose, ethics and the higher reaches of human nature.

7. Man is basically good not evil.

8. Psychopathology generally results from the denial, frustration or twisting of our essential nature.

9. Therapy of any sort, is a means of restoring a person to the path of self-actualization and development along the lines dictated by their inner nature.

10. When the four basic needs have been satisfied, the growth need or self-actualization need arises: A new discontent and restlessness will develop unless the individual is doing what he individually is fitted for. A musician must make music, an artist must paint, a poet must write--in short, what people can be they must be.

Like I stated above I had Maslow in mind when I was writing the Sex, Love & The lies We Tell Ourselves post's but just couldn't remember where I read it or who I was channeling at the time of the post...Thanks Debbs! I talk about Principles 7 & 8 all of the time on this blog...Here are some of the characteristics Maslow noted in self-actualizing people
:

  • They embrace the facts and realities of the world (including themselves) rather than denying or avoiding them.
  • They are spontaneous in their ideas and actions.
  • They are creative.
  • They are interested in solving problems; this often includes the problems of others. Solving these problems is often a key focus in their lives.
  • They feel a closeness to other people, and generally appreciate life.
  • They have a system of morality that is fully internalized and independent of external authority.
  • They have discernment and are able to view all things in an objective manner.

In short, self-actualization is reaching one's fullest potential. According to Maslow, the tendencies of self-actualizing people are as follows:

1. Awareness

  • efficient perception of reality
  • freshness of appreciation
  • peak experiences
  • ethical awareness

2. Honesty

  • philosophical sense of humor
  • social interest
  • deep interpersonal relationships
  • democratic character structure

3. Freedom

  • need for solitude
  • autonomous, independent
  • creativity, originality
  • spontaneous

4. Trust

  • problem centered
  • acceptance of self, others, nature
  • resistance to enculturation - identity with humanity

Hmmmmmm, so how many of you guy's are really self actualizing? Not a lot of you at all...I know for a fact some of you are no where near self actualization! I personally meet most if not all of the characteristics of a self actualizing person...How about your tendencies?! Most of us cannot get past the physiological level of our existence, and that is definitely by design...We are bombarded with images of sex and what type of car we have to have, what neighborhood to live in, and on and on, and they are operating on a subconscious level, working on feelings, emotions and bias that most folks do not realize they have...Don't despair not here yet? Maslow offers ways to get there...

Maslow says there are two processes necessary for self-actualization: self exploration and action. The deeper the self exploration, the closer one comes to self-actualization.

EIGHT WAYS TO SELF ACTUALIZE

1. Experience things fully, vividly, selflessly. Throw yourself into the experiencing of something: concentrate on it fully, let it totally absorb you.

2. Life is an ongoing process of choosing between safety (out of fear and need for defense) and risk (for the sake of progress and growth): Make the growth choice a dozen times a day.

3. Let the self emerge. Try to shut out the external clues as to what you should think, feel, say, and so on, and let your experience enable you to say what you truly feel.

4. When in doubt, be honest. If you look into yourself and are honest, you will also take responsibility. Taking responsibility is self-actualizing.

5. Listen to your own tastes. Be prepared to be unpopular. (Don't I know it! HA!)

6. Use your intelligence, work to do well the things you want to do, no matter how insignificant they seem to be.

7. Make peak experiencing more likely: get rid of illusions and false notions. Learn what you are good at and what your potentialities are not.

8. Find out who you are, what you are, what you like and don't like, what is good and what is bad for you, where you are going, what your mission is. Opening yourself up to yourself in this way means identifying defenses--and then finding the courage to give them up.

This is evolution...I mentioned in my Maniac Monday's post this week:

When evolution stops or is impeded, no growth can happen and the society itself stagnates and eventually over time that stagnation turns into rot, left unchecked that rot can and will spread...We are at a point in human history where evolution is being impeded and the world is suffering for that...

When we stop striving to be the best we can be by being self actualizing we also start to stagnate and rot and we die inside, that turns into apathy and it spreads...We really have to take a long look at the outside influences that keep people from becoming Self Actualizing...I still have the question open as to whether or not once are basic needs are met doesn't everything else turn into a want? Any thoughts?!

Dictionary.com Unabridged (v 1.1)

Based on the Random House Unabridged Dictionary, © Random House, Inc. 2006.

No where in that definition does sex equate to love...Sex is not love! It has NOTHING to do with love...Will never have anything to do with love, no matter how much we try to rationalize it...So you making love huh?! It is a physiological activity not unlike any other physiological activity...For example, when you work with your hands, like a construction worker for instance, as you do you job you heart rate increases, you may sweat (especially if your out of shape like me), your muscles ache and get sore your hands develop callouses and after a long hard day you are relieved when it is over...There is a mental condition that exists while in the act of doing anything physical...Continuing with the example of the construction worker...You start thinking about how your project is going to look when it's finished and your thinking how talented and creative you are and you cannot wait until it is complete for the ultimate prize which is someone to stroke your ego and tell you what you already know in your heart...Sex is no different...We go through all of those things, the physical autonomic body responses to the physical act and we are thinking about a myriad of different things with the ultimate goal of hearing that it was good...Just like with the work example, if we put all of our time into it we become unbalanced in other areas of our lives...Same with sex or any other physiological act...The difference between the physiological act and the regular physical act is the thought process...It takes no thought to breath or for your heart to beat...Just like with the lesser evolved animals, they are instinctual, meaning they have certain instincts hard coded into their DNA, we being no more than higher evolved animals have those same instincts hard coded into our DNA..The difference is they do not repress who they really are! An animal feels no shame about the packaging he came in, or about his true nature...A bear will attack you, not because he doesn't like your haircut or new shoes but because it's his nature to protect what it perceives is it's space against anyone violating it...There is no shame in two dogs copulating in the street, they are only acting on their nature...It is the human animal with his evolved mental abilities that add the emotions like shame and guilt into the equation...A shame and guilt brought on by trying to repress our true nature...

Not discounting the fact that we are highly emotional beings and that is what truly sets us apart from the animals, but does it?! Can we actually say a female cat loves her son or daughter any less than a human mother? We have examples of how a mother cat would risk her life to go into a burning building not once but 7 times to retrieve her babies...Is that purely instinctual, or some kind of learned response? What motivates a fire fighter to run into burning buildings? Is it the extra security of the uniform? The thrill of fighting a fire? We all know that fire is one of the most destructive forces in nature, but we have men that will risk their lives to fight the fires...It can't be the money, because most fire depts are volunteer...For us human animals it is the feeling after a job well done or after you have saved someones life and the praise but what is it when a mother leopard sacrifices herself for her babies?! We are the only animal that puts conditions on love...

We have established the fact that Love Is...Unconditional, has no attachments to a physical act, is the ultimate expression of freedom...We have also established the fact that sex is just another physical activity, unlike any other...So why do we attach so much extra emotions and feelings around the act of sex? It is a trained, programmed response as much as a internal instinct...In the hood, a young black kid feels as though the only thing they can give is their sex and they think it is love...To them it is! They rarely see any true love where they come from...We as a whole very rarely see any true depictions of love...Yet a big part of the human psyche needs love, to feel it and to give it, yet we have no understanding of what it truly means...I am not talking about what we want it to be but what it truly is...We are well versed as to needs and wants...Like I stated above there is a need and a want to be loved...A need can be defined loosely as something you have to have, it is required for survival, for example food...You can go without food and water but you will die if you go to long without them...A want is something you want to have like a car or new shoes, it is not necessary for survival...See we want love and we need love and we end up taking anything that closely resembles love...Kind of like the dog chasing his tail and we see the influence of Chaos even in our most intimate relationships...I really want to explore the way outside influences like the media, religion and misinformation play a big part in our daily lives as well in our relationships with others, but that will be next time on...Sex, Love & The Lies We Tell Ourselves!

"Maniaic Monday's - The Chaos Theory!"

Even if your a casual reader of my page you should have heard me speak about the Chaos Theory...That the natural order of the universe is chaos...I try to illustrate my point by testing the theory, with this simple test...Take a handful of anything and drop it...How does it land? Does it follow the same pattern each time it's dropped or fall in the same place and direction? Even in exact tests in closed environments where the wind or any other outside force was not a factor there is no way to get a handful of anything to fall the same way twice...However there is an order to how it falls...A Chaotic order...

The flapping of a single butterfly's wing today produces a tiny change in the state of the atmosphere. Over a period of time, what the atmosphere actually does diverges from what it would have done. So, in a month's time, a tornado that would have devastated the Indonesian coast doesn't happen. Or maybe one that wasn't going to happen, does. (Ian Stewart, Does God Play Dice? The Mathematics of Chaos, pg. 141)

The first true experimenter in chaos was a meteorologist, named Edward Lorenz. In 1960, he was working on the problem of weather prediction. He had a computer set up, with a set of twelve equations to model the weather. It didn't predict the weather itself. however this computer program did theoretically predict what the weather might be.

One day in 1961, he wanted to see a particular sequence again. To save time, he started in the middle of the sequence, instead of the beginning. He entered the number off his printout and left to let it run. When he came back an hour later, the sequence had evolved differently. Instead of the same pattern as before, it diverged from the pattern, ending up wildly different from the original. Eventually he figured out what happened. The computer stored the numbers to six decimal places in its memory. To save paper, he only had it print out three decimal places. In the original sequence, the number was .506127, and he had only typed the first three digits, .506.

By all conventional ideas of the time, it should have worked. He should have gotten a sequence very close to the original sequence. A scientist considers himself lucky if he can get measurements with accuracy to three decimal places. Surely the fourth and fifth, impossible to measure using reasonable methods, can't have a huge effect on the outcome of the experiment. Lorenz proved this idea wrong. This effect came to be known as the butterfly effect. The amount of difference in the starting points of the two curves is so small that it is comparable to a butterfly flapping its wings.

This phenomenon, common to chaos theory, is also known as sensitive dependence on initial conditions. Just a small change in the initial conditions can drastically change the long-term behavior of a system. Such a small amount of difference in a measurement might be considered experimental noise, background noise, or an inaccuracy of the equipment. Such things are impossible to avoid in even the most isolated lab. With a starting number of 2, the final result can be entirely different from the same system with a starting value of 2.000001. It is simply impossible to achieve this level of accuracy - just try and measure something to the nearest millionth of an inch! From this idea, Lorenz stated that it is impossible to predict the weather accurately. However, this discovery led Lorenz on to other aspects of what eventually cam to be known as chaos theory. MORE!

Just like I explained above this gives rise to a whole new theory...At the time there were two known states of order: a steady state, in which the variables never change, and periodic behavior, in which the system goes into a loop, repeating itself indefinitely. While Lorenz's equations followed a steady state where it's systems never varied, they also never came to a single point when graphed...The image would spiral but since it never repeated itself it was not periodic either, giving rise to the Chaos Theory...

http://www.edc.ncl.ac.uk/assets/hilite_graphics/smallrhnov06g02.png

The picture above is an illustration of Lorenz's equations graphed...As you can see it loops in on itself...It is the explanation of why no two snowflakes are alike, why liquids flow one way over a smooth surface versus rough surface, the swing of a pendulum, heartbeats ect...

Chaotic Systems are not random. They may appear to be. They have some simple defining features:

1. Chaotic systems are deterministic. This means they have something determining their behavior.

2. Chaotic systems are very sensitive to the initial conditions. A very slight change in the starting point can lead to enormously different outcomes. This makes the system fairly unpredictable.

3. Chaotic systems appear to be disorderly, even random. But they are not. Beneath the random behavior is a sense of order and pattern. Truly random systems are not chaotic. The orderly systems predicted by classical physics are the exceptions. In this world of order, chaos rules!
So in effect as the universe tries to right itself it adds new factors that prevent that from happening resulting in the spiraling effect of chaos graphed as an image...

A metaphor for the gas chamber is found in the Lorenzian waterwheel. This is a thought experiment. Imagine a waterwheel, with a set number of buckets, usually more than seven, spaced equally around its rim. The buckets are mounted on swivels, much like Ferris-wheel seats, so that the buckets will always open upwards. At the bottom of each bucket is a small hole. The entire waterwheel system is than mounted under a waterspout.

Begin pouring water from the waterspout. At low speeds, the water will trickle into the top bucket, and immediately trickle out through the hole in the bottom. Nothing happens. Increase the flow a bit, however, and the waterwheel will begin to revolve as the buckets fill up faster than they can empty. The heavier buckets containing more water let water out as they descend, and when the water is gone, the now-light buckets ascend on the other side, ultimately, to be refilled. The system is in a steady state; the wheel will, like a waterwheel mounted on a stream and hooked to grindstone, continue to spin at a fairly constant rate. But even this simple system, sans boxes or heated gases, exhibits chaotic motion. Increase the flow of water, and strange things will happen. The waterwheel will revolve in one direction as before, and then suddenly jerk about and revolve in the other direction. The conditions of the buckets filling and emptying will no longer be so synchronous as to facilitate just simple rotation; chaos has taken over. The explanation for the irregular movement of the gas lies at the molecular level. While the box sides may seem smooth and thus the flow of the should always be regular, at molecular levels the sides of the box are quite irregular due to the motion of atoms and molecules. After all, in any solid not at absolute zero, total entropy is positive and there must be some irregularity in the molecular structure of the sides of the box. Molecular interactions are tiny, however. How would such tiny things like slightly misplaced molecules affect the flow of the gas in such a profound way as to cause seemingly random motion? The theory behind how small deviations can lead to large deviations lies at the heart of chaos theory. The explanation is simple, and in retrospect, obvious explanation commonly known as sensitive dependence on initial conditions.

We are products of this universe, therefore subject to its laws and theories...Just a little reminder that a laws of nature cannot be changed or broken...Chaos is a law of nature...Where there is calm the underlying force is chaos...It might not be perceptible to the human eye but the Earth is in constant motion...Not only is it spinning on it's axis, it is spinning around the sun...Thus the universe is also in constant motion...As one star dies off another is born, that is the definition of perpetual motion...Change is the only constant! Anything that tries to change or modify or put into some sort of order that is understandable to the human mind will ultimately fail...Evolution is real...From the time we are born until the time we die we are in a process of evolution...We do not come fully loaded with knowledge or a full grown body...All that stuff is dictated by evolution...Evolution does not deal with how we came to be but with the changes that happened to humanity over time...When evolution stops or is impeded, no growth can happen and the society itself stagnates and eventually over time that stagnation turns into rot, left unchecked that rot can and will spread...We are at a point in human history where evolution is being impeded and the world is suffering for that...

Religion is the most destructive force against evolution, progress and true change, the fact that it is still the deciding factor in so many peoples lives even today with the wealth of knowledge that refutes everything about religion should not only lead credence to the chaos theory, but cognitive dissonance, and outright stupidity...When it really gets broken down the codes of morality we live our lives on are based on some insecure, jealous, hateful, fearful human being from some ancient time without half the understanding as our children have today...It is the repression of the natural order that causes suffering in our universe...

"Reactionary VS Revolutionary!"

First things first and that is setting a baseline so that we are all on the same page...These are the definitions that I am working off of in bold...

Main Entry: 1rev·o·lu·tion·ary

I guess I should bring up proactive also, because this is part of this , but I think most of us understand what being proactive means...Not so much with the other two...

Thoughts are just words not said, and vice versa words spoken are thoughts verbalized...In the same vein words spoken are nothing without any action behind them! It is action that make plans work...No amount of thought is going to get anything actually done! At this stage in our mental development that is...What most of us fail to understand is that we are reactionaries! We wait until something has already happened an then react to this happening...I try to give you guy's a heads up...Try to explain how cognitive dissonance would make a person believe that glass, steel and concrete burns when we know for a fact they don't!

Children now are not taught to think! They are filled up with answers and responses to certain questions/stimulus...They are tested to see if the programming took (remembered) and then moved on to the next grade...During the summer they forget what was programmed at that level so that "teachers" have a clean slate to start the process all over again...There are no word problems in schools now, no phonics, it's all triggers and reaction...Most of us do not realize we are reactionary...We think that protesting this and yelling "down with the system" is revolutionary...Nope, that is just as reactionary as going somewhere to stop the klan from marching...Let em march, all they want is the attention anyway, so we go out and give it to them which legitimatizes them...We go about our business, look and shake our heads like we do at them folks with bullhorns eventually they will go away...Let's talk about the latest bogey man al Queda (sp)...Has anyone actually really seen an al Queda? Have the actually captured an al Queda? I heard about them capturing some folks with "ties to al Queda"...However we still react with fear and anger, because it was "programmed" into us...

"See, in my line of work you got to keep repeating things over and over and over again for the truth to sink in, to kind of catapult the propaganda."
—Confronted by political opposition, Bush explains his strategy on promoting Social Security reform. (Washington Post, "The Ostrich Approach," Dan Froomkin, May 25, 2005)

So he has seen how well it works with the children, and they think of us as children anyway why not try it on the rest of the population...Fox News is not about getting you the story as much as it is about promoting a line of propaganda...They admit it, yet we still have folks believing they are some kind of beacon of fairness...We react! We need to be proactive and stop watching it altogether and it will go away...However, that is the nature of the world today...

A revolutionary wants to change that way, that nature...Now in this respects because it is a false nature it can be changed! People hate change and therefore a Real revolutionary's life is a short one...We see that all throughout history...Anyone promoting real change is marginalized, criticized, called crazy or insane, cut-off from the rest of the people that may feel the same way with lies, and character assassinations, or in the case of so many just assassinated...The worst of it perpetuated by our own...Those who have stake in "the way things are", benefiting from holding you down and back! We see it all of the time...The preacher has a multi-million dollar house and drives a Bentley that the church members brought for the church, while most of his church members live in abject poverty...Or struggling to keep up the facade that church and religion has become...This is not about religion but religion is the basis of most of our primary and basic beliefs, drilled into us in some cases, in others we just go along to get along...You know, I did it because my mother made me, she did it because her mother made her and so on and so on!

A revolutionary knows that he knows nothing and that everything is a new experience to him and he has to use the knowledge of today to fight problems of today...We need to know our history not live by it! Ancient civilizations didn't fall because they were evil, however the social infrastructure is generally in disarray, they fall because the social structure did not evolve with the times...Evil already existed! We know that horrible evil exists in this world and has always existed as well as good...A revolutionary tries to harness the power of good not for himself but for all of mankind...

A revolutionary is not angry but passionate, he does not react to triggers...A noose or a white sheet are just triggers nowadays to get people to react a certain way...You know a revolutionary by his actions as well as his words, because they are one and the same, they warn about coming events not try to explain them after they happen...A revolutionary also knows that him and his words will be rejected...He knows that he doesn't conform with a certain group or religious sect and that the "herd mind" cannot understand this...He knows he stands alone most times, therefore the revolutionary becomes the reactionary...

A True Revolutionary knows that his words will not be headed until after his is dead and gone...That is why there are so few of them...

"Identifying The Enemy or Stupid Rethuglicans!"

*To my one or two readers and the occasional person that wanders through by search engine or whatever...I have been on a little sabbatical, but I have returned! Let's party!

"Against stupidity the very Gods fight in vain." -Schiller

Seems I cannot go a day without reading about some idiot, usually rethuglican, saying something stupid and without any merit to make a point...Last week it was that idiot Bill Oh'Really?! Today we have a new idiot in the spotlight...Meet Michael Medved...He is a movie reviewer and talk show host and now confirmed right wingnut idiot...This guy might make the idiot of the week this Friday...He's got the early lead! Mike claims that slavery wasn't all that bad and neither was Amerikkka's role in it...

From the Town Hall:

Six inconvenient truths about the U.S. and slavery

Those who want to discredit the United States and to deny our role as history’s most powerful and pre-eminent force for freedom, goodness and human dignity invariably focus on America’s bloody past as a slave-holding nation. Along with the displacement and mistreatment of Native Americans, the enslavement of literally millions of Africans counts as one of our two founding crimes—and an obvious rebuttal to any claims that this Republic truly represents “the land of the free and the home of the brave.” According to America-bashers at home and abroad, open-minded students of our history ought to feel more guilt than pride, and strive for “reparations” or other restitution to overcome the nation’s uniquely cruel, racist and rapacious legacy.

Unfortunately, the current mania for exaggerating America’s culpability for the horrors of slavery bears no more connection to reality than the old, discredited tendency to deny that the U.S. bore any blame at all. No, it’s not true that the “peculiar institution” featured kind-hearted, paternalistic masters and happy, dancing field-hands, any more than it’s true that America displayed unparalleled barbarity or enjoyed disproportionate benefit from kidnapping and exploiting innocent Africans. More! (if you can stomach it)

Our good friends over at Crooks & Liars have been nice enough to pull out his six points he calls "inconvenient truths", I call just more bullshit and excuses...From Crooks & Liars:

The entire op-ed is too long to cut and paste here, and a snippet would do it no justice. So for your amusement (or if you read the whole thing, as I did–stay away from sharp objects–revulsion), here are the bullet points upon which Medved makes his case, ironically entitled Six Inconvenient Truths:

1. Slavery was an ancient and universal institution, not a distinctively American innovation.

2. Slavery existed only briefly, and in limited locales, in the history of the republic - involving only a tiny percentage of the ancestors of today’s Americans.

3. Though brutal, slavery wasn’t genocidal: live slaves were valuable but dead captives brought no profit.

4. It’s not true that the U.S. became a wealthy nation through the abuse of slave labor: the most prosperous states in the country were those that first freed their slaves.

5. While America deserves no unique blame for the existence of slavery, the United States merits special credit for its rapid abolition.

6. There is no reason to believe that today’s African Americans would be better off if their ancestors had remained behind in Africa.

Please don't get me started on slavery again! You know we can only talk about slavery during February and then why complain it wasn't that bad...Lot of black folks think the same way...Slavery never went anywhere they just adapted to enslave everyone not just the black man this time...We are all slaves to the corporate theocracy that America is rapidly becoming...Anyway, let's go over Mr. Medved's idiotic claims and see if we can refute them with just some plain old logic and real history not his-story...

1. Slavery was an ancient and universal institution, not a distinctively American innovation.

1a. Yes slavery was ancient however never an institution until America started exporting it's products to the rest of the world, then it became not only an institution but a mind set, which was uniquely American. Slavery wasn't necessarily race based until it came to America...

2. Slavery existed only briefly, and in limited locales, in the history of the republic - involving only a tiny percentage of the ancestors of today’s Americans.

2a. Slavery existed in America for at least 300 years I don't know about you but three hundred years is a long time to be doing anything let alone working for free, and it was hard work...The whole country benefited from slavery and anyone born since then is affected by slavery...Again we are all slaves to our corporate masters...Here is a pre-civil war map of free vs slave states...I love that open to slavery category! Unbelievable!

Then_map_2

Don't let this map fool you either...New York supported slavery for two hundred years and it existed in Boston and all up and down the east coast...They may have abolished it sooner in the North but they still supported and benefited from it...So again Mr. Medved's claims are bogus at best stupid on the surface!

3. Though brutal, slavery wasn’t genocidal: live slaves were valuable but dead captives brought no profit.

3a. At the height of the slave trade, nothing was more valuable than human trafficking! The only thing more valuable was the land itself...At the same time the shear number of slaves was growing exponentially, therefore that same slave meant nothing to them other than someone to do whatever work needed to be done
that could be replaced at any time...

4. It’s not true that the U.S. became a wealthy nation through the abuse of slave labor: the most prosperous states in the country were those that first freed their slaves.

4a It is very true that America became filthy rich buy not paying wages for work performed...We can use simple logic and reasoning here...If I pay you a wage for your labor then I cannot make as much as I can if I do not pay you...There were more millionaires along the Mississippi Delta back in the 1800's then there were in the whole country...Remember the Northern states
had the textile and manufacturing technology, therefore they still benefited from the slave labor long after they abolished slavery themselves...

5. While America deserves no unique blame for the existence of slavery, the United States merits special credit for its rapid abolition.

5a. Again we can see here that Mr. Medved is just stupid
...America turned slavery into a cottage industry especially after the cotton gin was invented...Nothing is rapid about 300 years and even then it took a long bloody civil war to finally end it, as it was then...Slavery has never went anywhere just adapted to the times...

6. There is no reason to believe that today’s African Americans would be better off if their ancestors had remained behind in Africa.

6a. There is no reason to believe otherwise either Mr Medved...Not only can he re-write history, he has seen the alternative reality and he is telling us we wouldn't like that one either...I mean how do you logically answer\argue something like this?! Here I have to invoke the Third Law of Stupidity, which clearly states among other things;

A stupid creature will harass you for no reason, for no advantage, without any plan or scheme and at the most improbable times and places. You have no rational way of telling if and when and how and why the stupid creature attacks. When confronted with a stupid individual you are completely at his mercy. Because the stupid person's actions do not conform to the rules of rationality, it follows that:

one is generally caught by surprise by the attack; even when one becomes aware of the attack, one cannot organize a rational defense, because the attack itself lacks any rational structure. More!

So here we have another idiot trying to downplay America's role in slavery...Rewriting history and bringing up bizarre nonsensical statements...Typically rethuglican and most definitely stupid!
