Anywho this is a big week for ya man Nutz...Friday is my birthday...May 3, 1960 something lol...Born the same day as the God Father of Soul...No wonder I am so funky and I don't mean under the arms...I used to get depressed around this time of the year but no more...Anyway, I just had to get that little bit out before I started ripping ass up in this spot...Let's see the list of candidates for today's top spot...Not counting the fearsome foursome (Bush, Cheney, Rove & (newly added), Gonzales)...We have the whole state of Utah, The Fulton County Police Department, The Democratic Party, Kinda Greasy Rice, George Tenet and a few other Rethugliclan nut cases...I really really do not know where to start...Oh yes I do...From Crooks & Liars:

Cops Admit To Planting Marijuana on 92 Year Old Woman Killed in Botched Drug Raid

Two police officers pleaded guilty Thursday to manslaughter in the shooting death of a 92-year-old woman during a botched drug raid last fall. A third officer still faces charges.[..]

The charges followed a Nov. 21 "no-knock" drug raid on the home of Kathryn Johnston, 92. An informant had described buying drugs from a dealer there, police said. When the officers burst in without warning, Johnston fired at them, and they fired back, killing her.

Fulton County prosecutor Peter Johnson said that the officers involved in Johnston's death fired 39 shots, striking her five or six times, including a fatal blow to the chest.

He said Johnston fired only once through her door and didn't hit any of the officers. That means the officers who were wounded likely were hit by their own colleagues, he said.[..]

Assistant U.S. Attorney Yonette Sam-Buchanan said Thursday that although the officers found no drugs in Johnston's home, Smith planted three bags of marijuana in the home as part of a cover story.

The case raised serious questions about no-knock warrants and whether the officers followed proper procedures.

There are just so many things wrong with this story that I just don't know where to begin for real in this one...First we have this "No-Knock" Bullshit that I am surprised hasn't gotten many more law enforcement people killed, but that is another post...The fact that they didn't check out what their "snitch" told them just went by his information and ended up killing some 92 year old lady who could have been YOUR grandmother or family member...Not too mention the ultimate in shame and dishonesty...Framing a *say it with me* ninety-two year old lady with possession of Marijuana! I am not going to get into the fact that it's just weed which has been proven no more harmful than alcohol or tobacco but is still classified as a tier one substance...I did recently hear that some research group came out with a report that said marijuana had no medicinal value but we all know that is bullshit...Weed gets you to thinking and the government frowns on free thinking...Yet another post still!

So let's get this straight...The police with a "No Knock" warrant runs up into someones house, the person that owns the house has no idea what is going on thinks her house is being broken into fires her gun in self defense probably a warning shot...The police respond to her shot with 39 of their own hitting their target 5 or 6 times, resulting in the target's death and several injuries to themselves...After the smoke cleared and the ringing in their ears died down a bit they realize they have the wrong house and have killed a 92 year old lady in the process...Do they say, "Oh shit we f*cked up?!" NOPE! They conveniently pulled out some weed from somewhere and planted it on a (one more time folks) "A NINETY-TWO year old lady" and didn't once think that someone might just question it?!? Cops carrying around weed that they probably stole from some other illegal drug raid that they put back on the streets and sell it for themselves or conveniently plant on suspects...Now that never happens! SNARK!

I like the fact that grandma was packing...I have noticed a lot of stories about granny's and guns lately...Coincidence or slick marketing by the Gun lobby?!? Do not give up your guns or we will hear about a lot more of this stuff going on...Just imagine all the times they actually got away with this bullshit...Reminds me of that Chappelle joke where the detective says "Just sprinkle some crack on him and lets get the hell out of here?!?" Too bad this is not that funny at all!

Okay moving on...UTAH! I know there are some rational, thinking folks in Utah but after reading this, I am just not that sure any more...The Daily Herald...

Convention ends with Satan and immigrants

Utah County Republicans ended their convention on Saturday by debating Satan's influence on illegal immigrants.

The group was unable to take official action because not enough members stuck around long enough to vote, despite the pleadings of party officials. The convention was held at Canyon View Junior High School.

Don Larsen, chairman of legislative District 65 for the Utah County Republican Party, had submitted a resolution warning that Satan's minions want to eliminate national borders and do away with sovereignty.

In a speech at the convention, Larsen told those gathered that illegal immigrants "hate American people" and "are determined to destroy this country, and there is nothing they won't do."

Illegal aliens are in control of the media, and working in tandem with Democrats, are trying to "destroy Christian America" and replace it with "a godless new world order -- and that is not extremism, that is fact," Larsen said.

At the end of his speech, Larsen began to cry, saying illegal immigrants were trying to bring about the destruction of the U.S. "by self invasion."

Republican officials then allowed speakers to defend and refute the resolution. One speaker, who was identified as "Joe," said illegal immigrants were Marxist and under the influence of the devil. Another, who declined to give her name to the Daily Herald, said illegal immigrants should not be allowed because "they are not going to become Republicans and stop flying the flag upside down. ... If they want to be Americans, they should learn to speak English and fly their flag like we do."

Senator Howard Stephenson, R-Draper, spoke against the resolution, saying Larsen, whom he called a "true patriot and a close friend," was embarrassing the Republican Party.

"I agree with 95 percent of this resolution but it has some language that is divisive and not inspiring other people to its vision," he said. "This only gives fodder to the liberal media to give negative attention to the Republican Party." MORE!

Ummmmm...Do I even have to point out what is wrong here?!? Let's see the first and most troubling aspect of all has got to be the Satan language...I can just imagine how that debate went...Did you catch that last rethug wannabe?!? "They are not going to become Republicans..." I should hope not if you are that republican...WOW?!? I see they are still pushing that media lie BS in Utah too...I thought I read somewhere that Utah although fiercely red and kind of stupid was starting to lose patience with the "Chimp in Charge" aka Dear Decider...I must have been lying to myself...Just look up some old "Church Lady" clips on youtube and that's about how the debate went in Utah...I wonder if they had any representatives from the Satan loving liberal media owning illegal immigrants...I really want some of what they are smoking out there...They had a clip on Family Guy last night about how Stewie ate all the wafers and drank the wine in church got sick threw it up and they deemed him possessed because of that...They chased Stewie around trying to get him exercised until they moved to Texas and they discovered "Super Satan" Yeah Utah it's kinda like that...SMH!

Okay We can knock off two fools with one stone on this one...Kinda Greasy Rice-Erroneous (that is Condelezza Rice for the anagrammatically challenged) has finally poked her head up in defense of that silly claim there was no warning about 911...This is in defense of all the noise Tenet's been getting for his latest book of bullshit...I could care less old Tenet is upset that Bush put all the weight on him and he lost his cushy job and career...It's not like he is refuting the administrations claims of good intelligence but his personal beef with the people that fired him...He is still maintaining that they had good intelligence when we all know it was bullshit, but let's get back to Kindagreasy...Just a real quick observation...You notice anytime there is a black issue she never says a word!? Where was she when her sister's were being attacked by Imus?!? She was a college dean at one time right?!? Not a word, but when it's the Decider's evil bidding she is right on the spot...Also whenever some one brings up 911 and questions the Shrub admins pre-response here she comes...Like on cue...Now since I believe they knew exactly what was going to happen and when because they had the memo that Bin Laden was determined to strike in the US but some how that was not enough information to raise red flags at least in Kindagreasy's mind they go back to the standard line of Doh?!...From Crooks...

With George Tenet's new book coming out tomorrow, Condoleezza Rice was in full damage-control mode today, appearing on three Sunday talk shows to explain away the former DCI's claim that Rice didn't take seriously his urgent warnings about the al-Qaeda threat in the months before 9/11. When confronted with a clip from tonight's "60 Minutes" where Tenet claims he suggested taking offensive action against UBL in Afghanistan before the attacks, Condi seems surprised by the notion that the Bush administration should have done something about terrorism before 9/11.

TENET: We need to consider immediate action inside Afghanistan now. We need to move to the offensive.

PELLEY (voice-over): In his book, Tenet says that even though he told Rice an attack on Americans was imminent, she took his request to launch preemptive action in Afghanistan and delegated it to third tier officials.

SCHIEFFER: So, what he is saying is that you just sort of brushed him off. […] Well, why would he say something like that?

RICE: Well, I don’t know. I don’t know what we were supposed to preemptively strike in Afghanistan. Perhaps somebody can ask that.

Apparently responding to the Cole bombing — after it was traced back to bin Laden — wasn't on the Bush administration's radar. Then again, it seems the Bushies didn't take seriously Tenet's Aug 6 PDB that warned about imminent al-Qaeda attacks either. But can you really blame them? The PDB only warned of potential attacks in the United States (possibly NYC) using hijacked airplanes. That kind of vague intelligence is hard to work with. MORE!

I guess the major point to take away from all of this is that whenever someone gets to poking around 911 and who should have stopped it here she comes with some of the most outrageous bullshit imaginable and We the People go, "Really?!"

Next up is the Democratic Party...I don't know if this is a bit of Masterpiece Theater or whether or not they Dems are sticking by Nancy P's, "Impeachment Off the Table" statement she made in a May 2006 caucus meeting.

Yesterday on the Talking Head shows Murtha mentioned the "I" Word...Now either they are easing it out slowly, because Bob Scheiffer was acting all surprised and then Murtha kind of backed off the statement but it seemed contrived to me...First check out Big John "I'm just saying" Murtha from Crooks:

Murtha points out that Congress has given the President billions of dollars more than he requested and that the American people have spoken and they want out of Iraq. He then goes on to list ways to influence a President and one of those ways is impeachment.

Schieffer: "Are you seriously talking about contemplating an impeachment of this President by Congress?"

Schieffer: "And that's one of them?

Murtha: "One of them is impeachment -"

When the California Democratic Convention begins this weekend, party progressives both inside and outside the San Diego Convention Center will be pressing hard to bring impeachment back on the table as a means of holding the presidency of George W. Bush accountable for crimes they allege have been committed since 2001.

"I've been blown away by the response. People are wanting to organize and rally behind one single thing at the convention, and that's impeachment," said Joye Swan of the Progressive Caucus of the California Democratic Party, who is helping lead an effort to pass a resolution expressing the California Democratic Party's support for impeaching President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney.

But the fight will be complicated by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's unwillingness to hear their message and the encouragement that her stance may give opponents of the impeachment measure within the California Democratic Party leadership. MORE!

Okay we have to remind Nancy why we voted the democratic party back into power...TO STOP GEORGE W BUSH AND ALL HIS MADNESS...Yes ending the Occupation in Iraqnam is the number one reason but bringing back accountability and Rule of Law is also very high on the agenda...So now it is up to us to make sure Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the Democratic party know that we are for anything that will stop bush from making any more stupid decisions as the Decider...There is more than enough evidence to bring this administration up on charges and the Democrats should not only want to hold this administration accountable it is their JOB! It is the reason they were voted in...We the People expect the 110 Congress to do it's job! Time to start really smacking these guy's around because they obviously think we are joking and playing around with them by that farce Gonzales tried to get away with...

Anyway it's a nice day outside today nice breeze and sunny skies...I need to cut my grass before the Neighborhood Watch Nazis call the city and have me fined...Hope you don't get lost in the madness on this Monday...
